I have noticed that when i try to access the website, it takes a long time to load or simply refuses to load, this is because our web host has put a obcene amount of adverts on my site. If the page refuses to load, bar a header and an advert, refresh and wait a minute. Also, try using a pop up blocker. Or, rather, change your web browser from IE to firefox or Opera (my personal favorite).
Besides the extra security, it is quicker and easier to use with more features.
